Instant Pot Chocolate Covered Strawberry Hack
Baking and holidays is like summer and popsicles. They just go together. Perfectly. There are certain things I bake around each holiday, I honestly count it as a tradition. I always always always make caramel apples a week or so before Thanksgiving. The Monday before Easter every year I make some yummy 'empty tomb' rolls. When Valentines rolls around I always make some fun valentines sugar cookies and chocolate covered strawberries. Yumm. I wanted to let you know about an awesome Instant Pot hack to make covering strawberries (or anything else, really!) in chocolate so easy! First if you grate your dipping chocolate, it melts much quicker. Put a cup or so of water in the bottom and turn the Instant Pot on to saute HIGH. Use a large glass bowl and use the Instant Pot as a double boiler! Once the chocolate is all melted turn the Instant Pot to WARM and it will keep your chocolate melted the whole time you are working! No more reheating!
